Wink Unwind

As Creative Producer, I led the production process for the Unwind photo and video shoot including project initiation, planning, budgeting, and leadership on set.  We delivered compelling photos and videos for a successful collection launch.

The Challenge –

Wink Scrubs had clear “on shift” visuals showcasing healthcare professionals wearing scrubs at work.

To launch the new Unwind collection, Wink needed an “off shift" photo and video campaign to tell the “at home” story of relaxing after work.

Action –

To bring this creative vision to life, I produced a lifestyle photo and video shoot, driving planning, budgeting, and execution from kickoff through asset delivery. I built and led a collaborative team, managed timelines and resources, and navigated challenges through clear communication and agile decision-making—resulting in high-impact creative delivered on time and within budget.

  • Building and Leading a Collaborative Team: including facilitating collaboration between Wink’s creative lead, photographer, and videographer. I curated and onboarded a production team including hair and makeup artists, props and wardrobe stylists, and crew.

  • Client Alignment & Production Strategy: working closely with the Wink creative lead to ensure their priorities were clear, balancing creative storytelling with practical needs. I managed timelines and resources, and navigated challenges through clear communication and agile decision-making.

  • Production Leadership: managing on-location photo and video production including all pre and post production needs. Managing production documents including creative briefs, work back timelines, budgets, contracts, invoices, w9s, COIs, etc. resulting in high-impact creative delivered on time and within budget.

Outcome –

The Unwind shoot was so successful that you feel cozy and relaxed just by looking at the final photos and videos!  This inviting and comfy campaign launched the Unwind collection, clearly communicating the softness of the fabrics and “off shift” story across website, social, and paid media.
