Marketing and Creative Operations Manager
I’m a senior marketing and creative operations manager with a foundation in photo and video production and a focus on creative operations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people—helping teams move from idea to delivery with clarity, efficiency, and strong creative outcomes.
Because I come from production, I lead with a deep understanding of how work actually gets done. I’m comfortable initiating and planning complex projects, organizing teams and resources, managing budgets and timelines, and guiding work through execution and project close—while keeping quality, brand integrity, and the end customer in focus.
Senior Manager, Creative Operations
In my current role, I manage a team of three people in our brand marketing department. Our small but mighty team wears a lot of hats to support photo and video production, brand activations, GTM initiatives, trade shows, and other creative operations projects.
Across projects, I partner closely with creative directors and executive leadership, internal production teams, and external vendors and agencies. I plan and organize, enable decision-making, and communicate status, risks, and changes clearly as projects evolve. I’m responsible for balancing creative ambition with operational realities—controlling costs, managing change, and breaking down barriers so teams can stay focused on the work.
